Our Gala Focus
This year, our focus at Shane’s Crib Discipleship and Recovery is the continued development of our “Woman at the Well” ministry at Living Waters—a ministry created to meet women facing addiction, exploitation, and deep personal brokenness.
With a goal to raise $100,000 for our “Woman at the Well” ministry, we invite you to our 10th Annual Shane’s Crib Discipleship and Recovery Gala, “An Evening of Hope – Planting Seeds of Hope for the Next Generation.” Every dollar raised will go directly toward helping women find healing, restoration, and lasting freedom.

Keynote Speaker
We are honored to welcome Bruce Deel as our guest speaker. As Founder and CEO of City of Refuge in Atlanta, he leads transformative efforts providing housing, healthcare, education, and vocational training for individuals overcoming homelessness, incarceration, and addiction. He also champions support for survivors of domestic violence and sex trafficking and founded Men Opposing Sex Trafficking (MOST), advancing prevention, intervention, and recovery.

Shane's Crib Graduate
Kendra Jurgensen’s story reflects the woman at the well—broken, misunderstood, and searching for something to satisfy a deep, aching need. Marked by early abuse and addiction, she found herself trapped in cycles she couldn’t escape. But just as Jesus met the woman at the well in her pain, He met Kendra with truth, love, and mercy. Through Shane’s Crib, He began to rewrite her story.
Today, Kendra stands redeemed and restored—working full-time
in the OR at Wayne Memorial Hospital, has earned her GED, and, after a 15-month battle, regained custody of her daughter. The same woman who once felt worthless now knows she is chosen. Her life is proof that when Jesus steps in, everything changes.

There are four levels for our table sponsorship packages. If you are a part of a church or business and would like to sponsor this event, below are the options that you can choose from along with the benefits from each package option.
By sponsoring our Gala, you are supporting our mission to transform the lives of women, one at a time, by contributing to and partnering with us today.
When you choose to become a table sponsor, you receive tickets, a reserved table and various advertisement opportunities throughout the Gala depending on your sponsorship level.
